I am one of those individuals that has had the privilege of working in a rewarding career in HR that I aspired to do in college. Over time, I've had the opportunity to acquire valuable experience in diverse industries such as education, manufacturing, oil and gas, banking, and healthcare. This wide-ranging exposure has allowed me to gain unique insights into the nuances and dynamics of HR practices across various sectors including family owned businesses, start ups and publicly traded companies.

I have a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Human Resources from Wichita State University. I also hold dual Senior level certifications from the Human Resources Certification Institute and the Society for Human Resource Management. I have also served on the Board of Directors with the Oklahoma City Human Resources Society as Vice-President of Professional Development.
